Staff: All staff members at Rimbey Christian School must exemplify Christ in their words and actions.  Staff are hired after a careful examination of their qualifications and their Christian commitment by the board.  The teachers have Alberta certification and participate regularly in a variety of professional development workshops, to constantly grow in their knowledge and methods of delivery.

Board: The RCS Board is comprised of seven elected (volunteer) members who are charged with governing the school in accordance with the desires of the Society.  The Education Committee, Fundraising Committee, Finance Committee, Employee Relations Committee, Transportation Committee and Development Committee, all assist the board in carrying out its duties.  There is one board representative and a number of volunteers on each committee.  Volunteer committee members must be members of the Rimbey Christian School Society, and be approved by the Board.  We are very thankful to the many people who willingly share of their gifts and talents to serve on these committees to make our school a great place.

Society Membership: Anyone who agrees completely with the Constitution of the Rimbey Christian School Society can apply for membership to the Rimbey Christian School Society, which the board will approve.  The cost is $20.00 for single membership or $25.00 per couple payable and renewable September 30th annually.  Membership ensures that you have a voice in your child's education and the operations of the school.

Affiliations: The Rimbey Christian School is a member of Christian Schools International, the Association of Independent Schools and Colleges of Alberta, and Christian Stewardship Services.
